Watrfall is based on the principle of financial transparency. Founding members own 100% of Watrfall’s film profits from the first slate and 5% of the platform’s profits.

5% Platform Profit-Share

Founding members receive 5% of the platform's ongoing operating profit. Revenue streams include films, TV shows, licensing, producer fees, merchandise, character spinoffs, and more.

100% Inaugural Slate Profit-Share

Founding members are entitled to 100% of Watrfall’s net profits* from the first slate (5-10 projects), after covering production and related costs. You’ll receive a proportional share based on your investment.

*Net profits are typically generated after the costs of production, distribution, and marketing are recovered. The amount and definition of Watrfall's net profit participation can vary depending on the project, its production and distribution cost, and the releasing partner, among other things.
